Look at Breasts!

Looking to live a healthier life? Then you may want to watch this video every morning before starting your day:
How on earth do looking at breasts and kittens benefit your health? It all boils down to creating a positive mindset.
Experiencing pleasant emotions can help individuals make better decisions about their health, says a recent report published in the Archives of Internal Medicine. The research tracked 756 people who had either coronary artery disease, high blood pressure, or asthma. (Think you’re in the clear for these conditions? Find out yourself. What It Means If You’re a Breast Man
In the study, everyone wrote down personal health goals—but only half of the subjects were encouraged to think of positive thoughts when they got up in the morning and make regular self-affirmations throughout their day.
These moments of positive thinking had a powerful effect on the health choices of those within the positive affect group, says Mary Charlson, M.D., lead study author and executive director of the Center for Integrative Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College. After the year had passed, 55 percent of the patients with coronary artery disease increased their physical activity versus 37 percent in the control group. Also, 42 percents of those with high blood pressure stuck to their medication plan compared to 36 percent in the control group.
